We offer

You will be responsible for

  • Customer acquisition
  • Project management, including independent planning and delivery of projects spanning all phases
  • Advising clients on project implementation
  • Company analysis
  • Preparation of high-standard documents, such as business plans, management presentations and information memoranda
  • Preparation of company valuations according to prevailing standards
  • Financial modelling and structuring of corporate finance transactions
  • Support during transaction negotiations

The things you already offer

  • A degree in business administration, business information systems or engineering
  • At least 6 years of experience in M&As, financial advisory services, private equity, corporate restructuring or IPOs
  • A strong track record in successful corporate finance transactions
  • Experience in negotiating corporate finance transactions
  • Experience in client acquisition, plus your own contacts in top levels of management
  • Strong experience in presentations to executive and board level decision-makers
  • Fluent business English
  • A reliable and independent approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, independence, commitment, ability to get things done, management experience and analytical skills
  • Mobility and flexibility regarding working hours
  • Potentially: willingness to work on a freelance basis
