KP Tech is a member of the Cornerstone International Alliance, the only global M&A alliance in the world focused exclusively on the middle market. Our partners are represented in 18 locations in the USA and 4 locations in Canada. In Europe, we have partners in Amsterdam and London. Further partners are located in India and Brazil. As an M&A boutique, we can therefore also successfully implement international mergers & acquisitions projects quickly and with local expertise for the benefit of our clients.

Within the Group, we have successfully completed more than 4,000 corporate finance projects in various industries worldwide. This corresponds to an average annual number of 155 transactions. Our clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland benefit from the experience of over 80 corporate finance transactions with a total volume of more than €800 million. More than 50 % of our M&A transactions are cross-border, i.e. either the buyer or the seller comes from another country.

Sandra Preuss is co-founder and managing director of KP Tech. After graduating in business administration at the University of Giessen, Sandra has gained more than 22 years of experience in corporate finance and management consulting.
Michael Klumpp
Michael Klumpp is co-founder and managing director of KP Tech. He studied business administration in Stuttgart and has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance consulting and private equity.
Frank Reining
Frank Reining is an associate partner of KP Tech. A banking and business graduate from the University of Bayreuth, Frank has more than 22 years of experience both in corporate finance consulting and as a CEO and supervisory board member.
Ernst Daus
Ernst Daus is an associate partner at KP Tech and holds a degree in industrial engineering. He has held senior positions going back more than three decades in corporate finance, investment banking and management consulting.
