Intensive seminar: buying and selling companies

Binding registration

I/We are participating in the intensive seminar “Company Valuation and Company Purchase/Sale” on

5 November 2026 in Munich

at the price of EUR 980,- per person plus 19% VAT.


The seminar price includes seminar attendance, seminar documents, 2 coffee breaks, lunch and non-alcoholic beverages. The amount will be charged after registration and is due immediately. In case of cancellation or no-show, we will charge the full participant fee; we will gladly accept a substitute participant. The organizer reserves the right to change the program for urgent reasons.


If you send us your seminar registration, the information you provide in the registration form, including the contact data you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the seminar registration and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the registration form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you entered in the registration form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
